We provide the following services:

Retained Search – Redstone Search offers a retained search structure weighted on the completion fee. We reduce your upfront risk by asking for a small commitment fee upfront (typically 1/3rd of the total fee), with the remainder of the fee becoming due upon successful completion of the search.

We will meet you in person/virtually to understand your business and the reasons behind your hiring requirements, before providing you with a strategy for identifying, screening, evaluating, and ultimately hiring the desired candidate. The Redstone Search retained methodology utilises the full search capacity of an in-house resourcing team and targeted advertising campaigns to provide a shortlist of the most appropriate & available candidates in the market, along with our personal recommendations as to who we think would be best suited to your organisation.

Exclusive Search / Contingent Search – Using a “no-win, no-fee” search solution, we will utilise our extensive database and developed market relationships to provide you with 3-5 suitable candidates, swiftly. With no up-front commitment required from your side, this search method could be the best choice if your hire isn’t urgent or business critical. To get the best results from a contingent search, we recommend you engage us on an exclusive basis as we will be able to commit more time & research to the mandate.

Extraction Search – For a heavily reduced fee, you can tell us who you would like to hire, and we will go and get them, using our decade of experience as professional head-hunters.

Salary Benchmarking – We have extensive access to salary information across multiple markets. We can help you to develop the appropriate pay structure for your employees.

Market Mapping – This method is particularly useful if you would like to attain a better understanding of the market landscape in which you operate. We will make a detailed assessment of your competitors’ staff, including their most recent hires. This information could be useful in helping you to decide where you may wish to add talent in the coming weeks & months.

Market Intelligence – Using our access to the global markets and our in-depth research team, we are able to perform research analysis to gain an appraisal of your company’s current perception in the marketplace, how the market is faring, and how your competitors are performing. We utilise primary and secondary research to increase your information flow.

Whilst the vast majority of our placements stay with our clients for many years, there are occasions when the hire unfortunately doesn’t work out. In such a case, we endeavour to find you a free replacement using the extensive search material we compiled in the initial process. If there isn’t a suitable replacement available, then we will provide you with a refund, subject to the terms and conditions.
