What is a Retained Search?
Typically, a retained search is when the fees for the search are paid in thirds. Our model differs in this regard by requesting one third upfront and the final two thirds on the completion of the search. This type of search reduces the upfront risk for you and allows us to allocate all of our resources to find your ideal candidate. We work with you to set up the parameters of the search and create a strategy for identifying, screening, evaluating and hiring the selected candidate.

What is a Contingent Search?
This is a “no-win, no-fee” option whereby we use our extensive database and market relationships to offer 3-5 candidates to match your requirements within a quick time frame. Redstone Commodity Search offers this a hassle free, no up-front commitment required from your side, option as we are only paid upon the successful introduction of a candidate.
