We have a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Brokerages. After a record breaking year, we are looking for a motivated and confident account manager to join our team and help cover and develop some of our key accounts in the energy, metals and agricultural space. We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals who will share our passion and enthusiasm for growing Redstone Commodity Search into the leading commodities search and selection partner in the market.

As a Key Account Manager , you will be responsible for helping us fill the candidate requirements for some of our key accounts in the European and Asian commodities markets, specifically metal and oil clients.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Focusing on responsive relationship management with candidates as well as utmost attention to client mandates and timely project delivery.
  • Acquiring and developing candidate relationships
  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Acquiring and developing candidate relationships
  • Process management: Managing the full 360° candidate recruitment lifecycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, reference checking, closing and post-placement follow up
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and using various databases and social media
  • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Relationship management / client first mentality
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and creative
  • Confident and articulate presentation in person and on the phone
  • Strong organisational and process management skills
  • Able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Entrepreneurial with an interest in sales, finance and client relationship
