Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international metal trading house based in London looking for a sales person to expand their aluminium business.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for developing business and dealing B2B trades across the UK aluminum markets focusing on finished long products
  • Contribute in developing robust sales plans that seek to penetrate the finished aluminum market within the UK
  • Source finished aluminum products from established relationships in North Africa and sell into clients in the UK and Europe
  • Manage, strengthen and maintain client relationships becoming the trusted first point of contact for market information
  • Work closely with customs, shipping and logistics to ensure the full trade process moves smoothly
  • Reports into the Managing Director

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience trading finished aluminium products across the UK markets
  • Strong existing relationships with end users and stockists across the UK
  • Excellent market knowledge of aluminium industry and end to end trading process with proven track record and P&L
  • A transferable book of business focusing on the UK markets is essential
  • Located in the UK (happy to relocate)
