Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international petrochemicals company looking to hire a Chemicals Sales Manager to strengthen the chemical liquid sales team in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Manage and assist sales performances to establish high levels of sales efficiency and profit maximisation for the liquid chemicals portfolio
• Take responsibility of the full chain whilst maintaining exceptional working relationships with clients/customers (strong EMEA focus)
• Supports in developing annual sales plans and assists with long-term plan development
• Leveraging on latest market trends and updates to improve sales strategies
• Role reports to Head of Department

Key Qualifications / Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the chemical or chemical related industry
• Demonstrable positive track record within petrochemicals such as methanol, gamma butyrolactone and vinyl acetate monomer; understanding in manufacturing of goods will also be preferred
• Exemplary project management and negotiations skills are essential
• Must be fluent in English; French / German are highly favourable
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Lausanne
