Redstone Commodity Search are working with a banking and financial services group who are looking to strengthen their Commodity Trade Support team in London.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Be part of a highly skilled team, working closely with the commercial department providing support to a variety of financial commodity products, including but not limited to EMEA Gas, Power & Emissions.
• Work on the validation of trade bookings and reconciliation of cash balances
• Drafting of trade confirmations
• Monitoring of electronic matching portals, specifically Equias
• Facilitating Cash & Physical Asset Settlements on various Compliance and Voluntary registries
• Role reports into the Operations Manager

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 2-7 years’ experience in a similar function within the commodity space
• Strong understanding of financial commodity products ideally with good knowledge of the energy markets
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative high presume environment
• Located in the UK
