Redstone Commodity Search are working with a well-known financial services institution who are looking for an exchange traded derivatives trader to join their team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Manage derivative orders and provide expert advice and market knowledge to your portfolio (can be covering financial, commodities etc. for futures, swaps, and swaptions markets)
• To grow existing portfolio and maintain through a commitment to high service standards
• Provide strong execution capabilities and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain market knowledge through different asset classes as well developing trading strategy
• Role reports into CEO of Dubai entity

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 3+ years’ experience as a derivatives trader working preferably in Interest Rates, Cash Bonds – Sovereign and Corporate, etc. (I.e., All financial derivatives) as well as to a lesser extent commodities market – ideally energy, and foreign exchange.
• Strong knowledge of commodity derivatives (including futures, options, swaps etc.) and functional active trading portfolio (preferably in European markets)
• Strong MS Office experience and attention to detail
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills (in English) and an entrepreneurial mindset
• The role will be based in Dubai and can support relocation
