Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international trading house looking to hire a Head of Energy Efficiency to join the team in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for coordinating project activities to structure deals and raise financing that will optimize energy efficiency goals.
• Support country managers to develop and manage the Sales Trading teams within a Matrix structure.
• Consult and provide expert advice on financing projects that improve energy efficiency.
• Manage and cooperate with stakeholders at a C suite level for large clients.
• Monitor and assess the financial markets to identify the best opportunities to make deals and provide solutions to the clients.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in the renewable energy space.
• Experience working in an energy management company or similar corporate with exposure to energy efficiency.
• Experience in advising, consulting or executing deal structuring activities, and raising finance for projects.
• Fluent in English with any other European languages being an advantage.
• Located or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
