Redstone Commodity Search are working with a multinational oil brokerage looking for a renewables broker to join their team near Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients in the domestic Renewables (RINs, LCFS, Carbon Credits, etc.) market
• Responsible for outcome and relationship management for your portfolio of clients
• Develop business within the Renewables niche whilst continuing to ensure revenue generation
• Monitoring the market, ensuring up to date information for clients; implementing strategy and risk management on behalf of clients
• Reports to Managing Director of US

Key Qualifications / Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Renewables broking or trading role
• A transferable book of business within the Renewables (RINs, LCFS, Carbon Credits, etc.) sector is preferable
• Excellent knowledge of US energy markets and specifically the above listed products
• Must have an excellent ability to communicate and negotiate (written and spoken English)
• Role based in Houston, Tx or for the right candidate can be remote working
